The market basically does not exist, very few new apartments for astronomical priceFriend of mine is building a house in one of the cheapest counties in the country, its going to be above 300k USD for a 120 square meter house, this is one of the cheapest counties. The equivalent in USA would be like a 1.5 million USD 1200 sqft house. The situation is so bad here it is comedy tier and not worth paying attention at this point
