I value more higher street safety and life standards for civilians than how wealth are the elites... but I guess thirdies are deathly loyal to the narcos and tyrants who rule their dungholes...

Are you the jew who spends all of his time making inflammatory threads about muslims?

living in non-deep brazil is better than living in argentina at any economic level
deep brazil can vary from worse than sudan to cottagecore utopia to straight up supernatural absurdity so its hard to evaluate it

Your kind of country isn't going to mean much in a real crisis. A power, like Russia, China, Brazil, India, USA, can build its way out of a crisis. Countries like yours, Iceland, New Zealand, Argentina, etc. will not.

will hdi matter when we start pillaging your cities killing your man and raping your women?

super hard to define but super easy to get the feeling once youre familiar
you can be at a small town which is perfectly surface, regular old brazil, like águas de são pedro at 3k inhabitants
or be at a relatively major city that has had a significant part of its swallowed by deep brasilis. like guarulhos at nearly 1.5m
it's not just about quality of life either. a small town like áurea - rs where quality of life is amazing might still be DB
if you get yourself a motorcycle and just travel, the difference will make itself glaringly obvious. at some point, things start to feel out of place, and you just understand that the place where you are is no longer 100% attatched to the world you know from birth
deep brasilis can be worse than sudan or a literal dream come true, but it is consistently slightly out of tune with the rest of reality and their conscious minds work in a different way that is hard to describe with words but super duper easy to recognize once you see it enough times
deep brazilians are not npcs, just different. like autists
they have problems youve never seen before and supernatural or otherwise weird shit constantly happens wherever they are
