Spent my 20s in my mom's house instead of moving out and now I'm 30 and I got more money saved from my job than all of my peers combined Happens in your country?
Now you can build another floor.
>>224305356based and hive city pilled
>>224305356That's literally how my ancestral house was built, although they went with different architectural styles so now it's a mishmash of eras
No i partied and drank and drugged, traveled and shagged my 20’s away. I’m 37 and my life sucks now but atleast i lived during my prime, i atleast have something to look back on.
>>224305300im im my 40s and same. I simply cannot see the reason to gove money to landlords or buy a house when my parents house is 160m2 and i have a large room for myself
>>224305300Yes but I was a neet the whole time so I have nothing to show for it
>>224305300you may have more money than your peers combined but the question is> how much did you fuck compared to your peers?
>>224305356lmaothis was also true for peasant houses around here, but we build another room extending the house, we literally have wagon long houses.it seems unpractical to build up instead of sideways, dont u have like space?
>>224306032imagine how many romanian hookers he can buy with that money though
>>224305542how do the girls feel when you take them to your momy house to fuck them?
>>224306138you cannot build on new land, if you build on top the land is always the same. Romania was so primitive that they probabily have no laws for this
>>224306174I only fuck hookers at their place, romanians are among my favorite ones
>>224306174They're forced to cook something while mamma judges them.
>>224305356is that your picture??? Lol
>>224306179i really dont understand this, dont houses have a lot land that you can extend to? what i am even asking. most people live like bugs with 100k ppl per sqm, if they have a house its a terraced house, and in that house you will find all 3 generations of the familypicrel is some open space as far as the eyes can see, bug
>>224306199i cant argue with that, i would pick them too
>>224305300I have enough that I can easily do a 30% mortgage but I don’t really want to unless I have 50%, but deep down I know I’ll keep going until I can buy it outright since I fear things going horribly wrong
>>224306138In favelas houses are next to each other there is no room to expand.
>>224305300I have between near 100k saved up from working a decade and living with my parents while doing so. Everyone around me tells me to buy a house/appartment. I think it's a terrible idea because the market will crash soon enough. I probably had 10% of the sex I could have had if I rented an appartment instead of living at home. Imagine yourself at 27 bringing a 23 year old girl home in your childhood bedroom with your parents next door. This shit happened to me a couple of times and everytime I could tell they were just very nice girls or wanted to give me a chance but that the whole situation was very weird to them.
>>224305356Why don’t they build another floor and rent it?
