Top left looks the worst but seems to have the best balconies.I like how the bottom two look aesthetically but they have those good-for-nothing balconies.Top right looks alright and has decent balconies so I overall has to be the best package.

The government used to build housing to manage the housing crisis and real estate developers had to actually put in effort to make nice, durable housing. In the end we got a nice variety of apartment complexes that were affordable and available for all income brackets. New trends shaped neighbourhoods differently over the decades. Now shit sux and isn't even accessible to the average Joe. Developers still made money back then otherwise they would have given up and the whole country would be generic projects.
