Chinese-made earbuds, which used to be good for nothing but their low price, have finally become decent, and now you can even detach the cord.

For larping on the subway and taking "quirky" instagram photos to show how "retro" and "countercultural" you are. (Disregarding the fact that it's literally currently trendy and started by some celebrity paparazzi photos)

Real autistic contrarians will use enthusiast IEMs or open-back headphones (until the normgroids discover that next)

I routinely use €1.99 wired earphones and they work fine. I've tried pricier ones, like €25, but they don't sound that much better and they break just as easily. Strangely, the difference in sound quality between €1 and €2 earphones is very obvious though.

I've never used wireless ones in the first place
I tried some once and I got a headache

I would say one moondrop personally, but it's really up to you. If you EQ the KZs, they can sound just as good as the moondrops. Just takes a little bit more effort. That way you have two pairs, in case one breaks or gets lost.

I never did switch to wireless, I'm a music producer so all headphones use the trusted jack.

I just got a wireless mouse THOUGH for the first time last year, it's actually good. So when I get a new keyboard in 15 years I might go for a wireless one.

I use the xiaomi piston 3 for my everyday wear, they are (or was before the eu cuck tax) around 3-4 euros. Bought like 20 more of those this spring so I'm covered for the next 20 years.
