You guys ever experienced this? It’s crazy circumstantial and only happens once every other year or so here but the whole region grinds to a standstill when it does.

Depends on the year, we have had good winters with plenty of snow on the montainous zones, and shittier ones in which it barely snowed and later rain ruined it all.
