here I have traveled to the pool at the west gate, the walk there was long and we didn't have time to eat breakfast, when we came back to civilization I got a buffalo burger for an unreasonable price and was disappointed by it.
I really liked the mountains.

1. rode a horse for a couple hours, didn't quit get how you should hold on when he runs so I constantly had my groin battered by the saddle. still had fun

Increased weight on hack squats by 5 kgs and added a rep at the cost of lowering tempo and pause duration. It's kinda mid desu doing it with a longer negative and longer pause feels better but I'm too much of a bitch ass nigga to lower weight so I'll just work on tempo and pause from here. Tried one of the leg press machines I have not tried yet, it's a gymleco machine too. Apparently it's called a hip press idk why, picrel. ROM feels really good cuz it comfily allows the user to go deep on the negative. Arm placement and movement is also insanely goated cuz I only loaded up like 95 kgs and hit failure at 6 reps on the first set. On the newtech I load up like 150 kgs ig, and on the technoshit in the previous gym I maxxed it out more than a year ago ig at 240 kgs. Guy told me I can just load more plates tho but idk if it breaks when I use it obviously they'll say it's cuz I overloaded it so I wouldn't do that.
Nice gym sesh overall, 3 sets hack squats, 3 sets lying leg curls, 3 sets leg press, 3 sets unilateral lying leg curl, 3 sets calves, 3 sets upper body calves (forearms).
I really should use the hip thrust machines and the glute kickbacks (especially the glute machine we got last week cuz it seems goated) desu but don't want to seem like a gay faggot.

Btw the bike feels overall better so far, only took it to the gym so 2x2,5 kilomemes. The uphill sprint felt easier when leaving the gooncave to the gym, and the post-workout uphill sprint felt even more easier when leaving the gym to the gooncave. Overall I feel like speeding up and keeping speed is better, but when I stop yeeting the pedal it slows down at a bit quicker pace cuz the tires are slightly heavier. Noticeable but it's not like it fucking stops in a split second cuz of muh weight. Also I can just cut a bit so I weigh less to compensate for the heavier tires fr ong. Overall much better. Still need to get used to the shoes tho fr fr, when leaving the gooncave took me like a minute to get the left shoe attached onto the pedal fr.

A very unique puzzle game, many have tried to copy it but failed.
