I mean, before we discovered genetics, European scientists were already able to accurately categorize different animals into an ancestry tree, just by analyzing their skulls and skeletal structure. So ... if Aboriginal skulls look THAT different than the skulls of normal Humans, then ... yeah, I think it's pretty obvious desu.
