When I was at my fattest (188 cm - 140 kg) I was eating 2 bags of Lidl chips, 2 bottles of Lidl cola/orange soda, Lidl energy drinks, frozen pizzas and more crap. And I would fill my air fryer with frozen fries, sausages and nuggets 2-3 times a day. I counted one time and it was between 6 and 7.5k calories a day. I was a fucking NEET living on around €450/month after rent and stuff.
