I have had very bad anxiety at various stages in my life so I know just how real and limiting it feels, but it is common in my family and when I feel fine but orhers are anxious it is incredibly annoying. They come across as weak and spoilt.Truly a curse. All the limitations of an illness without any sympathy. All the mental health awareness is token too, people still view it as a mindset thing.
