These are all true.
Shit sucks man, everything moves too damn fast. Things that were once seen as intrinsically human no longer are. So many jobs depreciated. Everything is enshitified.

I wonder what happened in the early to mid 2010's to make things change so much. Maybe it was when things on the internet shifted from being made mostly for fun or as a hobby, and started becoming formulaic and for profit.

It's not simply a culture thing. The idea that you can now market to the entire globe without physically being positioned in front of them is revolutionary. This is why tech/social media companies are so valuable. There is literally nothing stopping their market growth as every human in the world is a potential customer, and access to the internet is becoming even easier. No innovation even comes close to the level of disruption the internet is and will continue to produce.
