Tempe is so good, it's such a cheap, delicious and fulfilling protein with fibers too as if it's not good enough.
Too bad it's designated as expensive vegan meat replacement thing in the west.

Soy got turned into basically the designated feed crop in the west so it catches the stigma tied to it like every other "healthy but grown solely as feed/ easy side money crop" in the west.
