Why don't we introduce a work program between north Africa and Europe in which;North African labourers are sent on fixed term work programs (spanning 3 years for example) where they work the manual jobs Europeans don't want to work such as construction, farm work, factory work etc where the money they own will be deposited in account they cannot touch until they return to north Africa so they could start their own businesses with them back home. This would bring some much needed economical prosperity to our countries and create jobs eliminating the need for illegal migration to Europe, boosting the European economy, drastically reducing the number of migrants who stay, and the contract would encourage the migrants to be on their best behavior and take them out of the big cities like Marseille, London, frankfurt, Naples, Zurich and so on.Naturally providing a route for migrants to Europe that doesn't require them gambling their lives away at sea.How is this not obvious to any leader in north Africa or the EU?
