The only countries in Europe with 10,000 plus Mexican immigrants are Spain and Germany and their crimes rates are lower than the crime rates of native Spaniards and Germans respectively. Now obviously to move across the ocean you need to have money and be educated and that filters the vast majority of monkeys, but OP didn’t specify the method of immigration. Also it’s way more difficult to get a gun in Europe than in North America
