Wine is designed to taste a particular way at a particular temperature. When you fucking put ice in it you dilute the wine and it can make it taste thinner and less expressive, as the ice melts water lowers the wine's alcohol, acidity, sweetness, and overall concentration. You don't drink wine in one gulp (actually it wouldn't surprise me if you would, mutts are barbarous like nothing I've ever seen) so melting is bound to happen.Most importantly the ice can mute the wine's aroma.Also it makes you look like a poor fag, if wine needs to be colder you chill the bottle rather than putting ice in your drink.If you're a mutt and you've made it this far, please learn some culture.

I don't know anyone who does this. Usually if someone wants to chill wine they put the bottle in a bucket of ice or the glass in the freezer. Most people know not to chill win to begin with though.
