Then some random personal trainer appeared who was training some old hag, bringing 2 pieces of 10 kg pl8s with him cuz he wanted to put it back where he took it from, which was the weight storing part of whatever to call it of the dyel pulldown. You surely know what I mean, the machine has several arms but out of the 6 arms 2 only are used for adding weight to the machine, 4 of them are just for storing weight. Technoshit in the previous gym didn't have such shit so for me it's comfy. Anyway he brought the plates and instead of putting them back was like ayyyy bro I brought you some pl8s bro to slap on. So I was like wtf, must be fate or some shit so I told him to just slap it on. So I ended up increasing weight from 100 kgs to 105 kgs at the cost of losing ig 2 reps and making tempo quicker which is le bad. Some db biceps curls and some rear delt flies.Senpai I'm tired. I saw the finale of "How I met your mother" and even though everyone hates the ending, I kind of liked it, but the best BEST part of the finale of the series is Barney's ending. I cried all the manly tears I could cry.100000/10 Barney is a manwhore but he's the best character in the entire series and I would die for him. Question for fellow gym-goers: how "ethical" it is for you to guard machines with bottles so other can't use them?

This might result in the rear delt fly being occupied in the meantime. Alternatively I just ask people if I can join them or if they ask me how many sets I have left I always tell them they can just join me instead of waiting cuz I rest 3 mins between sets anyway.

Some weeks or less than 3 months. For the average 4channer it's too normie, but I liked it a lot. There's a sensation of having pro-family, pro-friendship messages and some very emotional scenes.
