You answer their questions, send documentation with easy steps, and they always respond with one liners requesting a meeting so you can hold their hand while they go through the steps because they're incapable of doing it themselves. And of course, when you join the meeting you won't just be talking to the one Indian guy - there's always 10 Indian guys needed for one job. They'll ask you to record the meeting so they can refer to it later yet one month later they'll come back to us with the same problem and they need help again because they forgot everything we did last time.FUCK INDIANS.
