Hit some rows on the newtech adjustable pulley, opted for an attachment that I haven't used before. Increased weight by 1 stack which is 7,5 kgs. So far I only used it with 2 attachments that both can be held only with 1 arm, but today I opted for 1 attachment that I held with both arms. It also cuts out some ROM at the end cuz with 2 handles I can pull it behind my torso, but with a single one I can't do that cuz my torso is in the way obviously.
