Vancouver BC is a very nice city for tourists but I can absolutely see why locals don’t like it very much Outside the immediate downtown area it’s very expensive and doesn’t have any of the cool amenities that life in Gastown or coal harbor have. Poor public transit, kinda shitty walkabilityThe tourist / rich people zone is a REMARKABLY small part of the city. It just happens to be exceptionally charming and beautiful
