The word for sea in Turkish, Mongolian, and Hungarian all come from the same root word

Hungarian:
>tenger
Turkish:
>deniz
Mongolian:
>tengis

Turkish one does not have ng because Modern Turkish had a ng to n shift and Hungarian one ends with r because they probably inherited the word from the Oghuric branch of Turkic languages which had a z to r shift
