Something similar in my time in early 00', shit mostly started in the game arcade, sport (usually football) matches, from random staring, mugging. The one with boarding schools usually have this kinda thing, since the students will most likely have to wear something showing they are from which school during the weekend.Not much this kind of "camaraderie" nowadays since everyone just went back home after school since they have more entertainment at home.
