the image is retarded, only three languages in it actually descend from latin and a word like "yes" isn't usually borrowed from a foreign non-superstratum language. and like you pointed out, the latin word isn't even the ancestor of sí(or sim). my guess is OP was in need of a quick fix of attention and grabbed whatever picture he could find.
