I'm autistic and I got bored so I made this thread of the UK based off the latest census data.

You may be wondering how I decided to show it this way. I'll explain:
>For non-Brits: BAME is the acronym our country uses to cover all brown people
>Anywhere over 50% BAME is shown as exclusively "BAME" on the map
>Anywhere where BAMEs make up 25% - 49.9% is shown as mixed British & BAME
>Anywhere where a native British ethnicity makes up over 75% of the population, I've labelled it solely as that ethnic group
>Northern Ireland doesn't distinguish between British and Irish in their census, but does by religious background (even for non-believers, they're still classed as belonging to either the Catholic or Protestant communities)
>Therefore I can recreate the accurate British/Irish identities by looking through data for religious background of all people who identified as "White British or Irish"
>For Cornwall roughly 25% of people identified as Cornish, so I included them too

Please leave any thoughts or comments you have.

>>

Despite my area being blue, we have a lot of poles and other slavs
>>
>BAME
let me guess
>Black (Carribian and African)
>Asian (Saar and Nepali)
>Middle Eastern (arabs and turks)
pretty racist in my most humblest of opinions
>>
>>225321302
Yep, spot on
>>
>>225321179
You should see a doc about that, looks serious.
>>

Minority Ethnic ie others
>>
>>225321179
tough luck man
>>
>>225321449
>>225321370
lmao
it just seems so blatantly "we care but we don't" kind of label
>omg all these marginalized groups need to spotlight
>I know, lets take people from across the world, different cultures, different religions, different economic and migrant backgrounds and put them all under the same label, that will help them feel seen!
>>
>>225321479
>>225321486
Do you guys not have black people in your countries?
>>
>>225321581
barely any, our browns are saars and uzbeks.
Much, much more noticeable in the last 5 years than before
>>
>>225321591
pls redeem the answer Britisher saars
>>
>>225321486
thats with everything in the west ever since thoughbeit
people of colour/bame is just the politically correct way of saying coloured people
doesnt actually change the meaning or intention but somehow makes it socially acceptable
>>
>>225321631
For the progressives it seems that it is all about social vibes not substance.
BAME and PoCs are correct because their side came up with them and the vibes are good with those terms, they are good terms.
>What's that, it serves the same exact function as "colored" and "non-white"?
>Well no not really because those terms were used by my racist dad so the vibes are off and they are bad
>What do you mean address the problem at it's core? We are giving all these PoCs and BAMEs the exposure they deserve this way, otherwise we might leave someone out
o algo

Surely there are +90% white richfag parts of London, no?
>>
>>225321767
no, have you ever been to london? weird city, it feels like a big town and it's full of indians and blacks
>>
>>225321792
>have you ever been to london?
Not in the past decade.
>it feels like a big town and it's full of indians and blacks
It's still London, one of the most expensive cities in the world.
>>
>>225321179
I'm surprised Bristol is that white
>>225321767
The map tells you none of it is more than 75% white, I don't find that hard to believe at all
>>
>>225321767
Pretty sure London is more like New York where all the middle class white people live immediately outside the city limits nowadays.
>>
>>225322270
Looked it up, both Richmond upon Thames and Havering are +75% white, though not +75% white British.
This still seems weird to me though. In Stockholm most immigrants live in the commie block ghettos on the outskirts while the fancy inner city is overwhelmingly white since browns can't afford it.
>>225322286
>middle class
What about the upper class though?
>>
>>225322760
There are council estates in pockets all over London. Even in Kensington or Pimlico there are blocks of flats dotted about.
>>
>>225321179
>literal shit stains on your country
Grim
>>
>>225321486
Have you not heard? Non-whites are to be called the "global majority" now.

>>
>>225321179
Wait, so outside England, it’s still pretty racially pure?
>>
>>225322060
I am not joking when I say 1/3rd of Central London, the most expensive housing in the world, is social housing reserved by the UK government for foreigners at the cost of billions of pounds per year. In places like Islingdon, between the City of London and Canary Wharf, it's over 40% of housing.

This doesn't seem like it would help their propaganda though.
