In northern kavkaz (Chechnya and dagestan, ingush and ossetia) its very common to own guns and they do have a lot of tribal blood feuds, its pretty close to wild west lolIn Armenia and Georgia however its pretty rare to own anything but hunting rifles.t. Armenian

And this isn't speculation Albania was doing this extensively well into the 90s if they all had free reign and weapons dumped into it you'd basically be reinventing sengoku Japan in Europe.
