In middle school I repeatedly nicked apples from a fruit/vegetable vendor that would put his goods on a table on the street.
In the city I used to live in I was driving home at like 2AM and I was totally lost. I had missed my exist and ended up in this run down industrial area and I couldn't find my way out since there were fences everywhere. There were dozens of homeless people and junkies camped out here so I was driving a bit faster than I probably should have been going, but I just wanted to get the fuck out. I turned down an alley between two buildings and as I was driving like 40 MPH this homeless guy stumbles out of a doorway and falls face first onto the pavement. I probably didn't have time to stop my car in time, but I didn't even try to slow down. I drove straight over him. I think could here him being dragged for like 10 feet until he detached from the underside of my car. His body was illuminated by my taillights as I drove away and he didn't move at all until I couldn't see him any more. Even if he wasn't dead, he's a homeless guy who just got run over by a car in the middle of nowhere. He probably died.
