Estonia is just a random country in northeastern Europe. Small rich countries tend to be in key locations and profit from their geographies and surroundings, since they don't have the critical mass and natural resources to get rich like larger countries (some tiny, oil-rich countries are exceptions and just print money for free).Estonia is more so digitally advanced than technologically advanced (ease of doing everything online is different from true technological mastery), and I'm not sure how that translates to guaranteed wealth, seems like they'd just be a middle of the road European country, which is where they are.
