I feel like all monotheists go into heaven but bad christians, jews and muslims go to purgatory first given islam is just a christian heresy. Blasphemy against the holy spirit is its rejection, of God, and the lake of fire and new Jerusalem wont exist untill judgement day so the dead souls stay waiting under God's throne, ie wander the earth and witness history untill they're called up for judgement when the old order is destroyed. Then they will either be reunited with God or will be tossed into the lake of fire; a thousand years of christ ruling on earth will occur in wich those who repent in hell will withstand, and those who resent God will rise up in rebellion against him for a final time. Then satan and the damned will be annihilated forever, the earth destroyed and the redeemed either during the thousand years or during our sun will join with God in the new Jerusalem where the light of God shines and there's one coherent will, an eternal worship, the laws of entropy and physics will no longer apply and the scroll of all knowledge will be explained for all eternity.
