I never played the original so I don't care. I really enjoyed the 1986 original game and being able to wander around everywhere looking for really obtuse bullshit to progress through the game. The rest of the Zeldas being linear was really gay and made me totally uninterested in the series. I was excited for how open botw was in comparison, but the dungeons and enemies were so garbage the game was a massive bore.

I'm glad a new generation will be able to experience the game, even if it's in a different form. It's still an amazing game that every kid should play if they have the chance. Nintendo Switch 2 is like 500 euros man, you have to be in the top 1% in Spain to be able to spend such an amount of money into a superfluous thing like this. Spain is an extremely poor country de facto, with low salaries where the state taxes 50% of it and the prices of northern Europe. I wouldn't be surprised if The Congo or Papua New Guinea have better purchasing power parity than us.
