Is Big Black Coffee good for you in your country?

Almost everyone every single day.
>>

Robusta, arabica, mixed ?
Expresso version or else ?
>>
>>225530978
Mostly arabica and mostly drip coffee. Most of us don't purchase coffee but brew it at home/work.

No, it's not an "americano". The typical dose is probably 60-70 grams of coffee per liter. Coffee culture is as you might know (barista championships) pretty strong in the nordic countries, even though we don't commonly drink espressos.
>>
>>225532532
I have this machine in my home, I drink expresso everyday. 1000 times better than the standard coffee
>>
>>225532625
Capsule coffee tastes fucking awful. Here it's either a good old reliable Moccamaster or a proper automated espresso machine with an integrated coffee grinder.
>>
>>225531071
What temperature do you usually set your drip coffee to?
Right now, I'm using Ethiopian Mocha and brewing it at about 85°C.
>>
I only drink instant coffee. I find even a single shot of espresso too strong.
>>
>>225533029
Pédé efféminé
>>
>>225532993
A Moccamaster brews at 90-95 degrees (depending on the model) and it cools to ~ 85 degrees as it drips. Explicitly temperature controlled devices are not particularly common in nordic kitchens.
>>
>>225532625
>he fell for the pre-ground coffee in an expensive pod meme
>>
>>225533102
>Explicitly temperature controlled devices are not particularly common
anywhere in the world but in the kitchen of a few coffeehipsters

When I bought the beans, I used a thermometer to measure the water temperature several times before brewing, and I found that the temperature I preferred was around 85 degrees.
The brewer I use for paper filter brewing is a Kalita dripper with three holes.
I grind the coffee beans to a fineness of about 3 or 4 on a 10-point scale.
>>
>>225533823
Get a moccamaster and you won't have to worry about this shit, it makes a pretty much perfect drip brew every time.
>>
>>225533873
Is that the name of the drip coffee maker?
By the way, does it allow you to adjust the brewing method, like you can with a pour-over?
I like to change the type of beans, grind size, and brewing method depending on the season or my mood, so if it offers more precise adjustments, I’d consider buying it.
>>
>>225534039
>Is that the name of the drip coffee maker?
yes
hand built in the netherlands
>>
>>225534112
How many settings are there for adjusting things like the way hot water is poured and the temperature?
>>
>>225534290
it does it perfectly on its own
no need
>>
>>225534369
That may be perfection for the machine's designer, but it may not be perfection for me.
>>
>>225530906
I don't drink coffee. I haven't noticed any effect and the taste is disgusting. Tea is better.
>>
>>225534802
Presumptous and very arrogant behavior of you, to be frank. Indicative of a private Gomez posting rather than a true japanese, perhaps?
>>
>>225534948
Is it arrogant to look for things that suit me?
Also, unlike in Scandinavia, Japan’s climate isn’t stable, so my mood tends to change depending on the season.
>>
>>225534948
arrogance is in their nature
>>
>>225530906
I drink 3+ cups every day, I never touch the other options except the rare espresso in times of need
>>
>>225535097
By the way, everything I say is what I really think—it’s not sarcasm or anything like that.

We have four seasons as well, in the southern half where 90+ percent of the å
population lives. The only significant difference here is that we have a lower annual average temperature and more precipitation.
>>
>>225530906
I have an espresso machine, I drink too much coffee a lot, even get heart palpitations.
>>
>>225536224
Are you still fixated on that stupid “Four Seasons” meme?
If you want to keep talking about this, I'm out of here.
>>
>>225530906
I have instant in the cupboard if I fancy a coffee, which is rarely.
>>
>>225536642
You're the one that insisted on Japan having a particularly unstable climate.
>>
>>225536856
bye
>>
>>225536856
It's a meme Japs use to feel special about Japan because they're ignorant on other countries
