>>225558840Basically Brazil started sponsoring Brazilian seringueiros (rubber tappers) to go there, they became majority, rebelled, declared independence and won, eventually Bolivia was forced to sign a treaty that gave it to Brazil. Brazil itself never sent any troops either (i think).
