what is an average interview experience like in your country?
>>225795660do ytpipo really?
This shit pisses me off cause American media led me to believe interviewers ask stupid ass questions and every job interview just asks me my skills and how they relate to the job

>>225795660yeah i am sure this really happened
>>225795660Based tranny. Send that bitch back to the unemployment lines.
>>225795660Men preventing women from gainful employment?Based!
>>225795660Based chad hon.
>>225795660Why is it that this oversensitive intersectional stuff only seems to exist on Reddit and Reddit alone? The entire website has to be comprised entirely of trolls now.
>>225795660one time i was told something like >i'll give you some advice for your future interviews (i didn't ask for it)>you were a bit shy and quiet, it's because you're asian, right?>you see i'm latina, we have a bit different culture, so...not verbatim, but that was the gist of itnormally i don't mind that kind of banter on /int/, but in real life it made me seethe so hard that i reported it to the higher ups and they "took action", whatever that means
>>225798014upvote = sympathy
>>225795660makes sense, you're probably a poor fit with the company's culture if you do that kind of thing.>>225800891that's ridiculous, do americans really?
>>225800891The hr roastie gave you well meaning good advice o algomake a girl laugh, be confident, that disables her ick radar (always on btw) and her vagina will say yes to hiring you
>>225795660based. I also would not tolerate disrespect.
>>225795660The tranny has a point: why would you make snide remarks about your potential boss/coworker during the job interview? Hiring low-EQ retards, especially if they will be working collaboratively is just asking for trouble.
>>225795660I attended an interview for a government college CEO position. It was my only hostile interview I've even been to. The interviewer lady was really trying to trip me up and wouldn't listen to my suggestions (I have at the time, 17 years of academia experience). I didn't get the job. It turns out, the lady wanted the position for herself and she played the gender card to get it. However, soon after, the government coalition fell and a new coalition took over. They fired her for being a "political appointee". I dodged a bullet there.
>>225801826>gender bullshit in a supposedly Muslim countrygrim
>>225800891Casual racism is how the world works. At least she was open, honest and direct about it. I can respect that.
>>225801826>government college CEO positionFucking what
>>225800891>it made me seethe so hard that i reported it to the higher ups and they "took action", whatever that meansThey didn't do shit chang apart from putting you in some blacklist
