I have been to Arad a few times. The people there were more reserved than I expected, but they were still very friendly. It was a nice place but pretty quiet.
>>
I've been there. At the time the temperatures were higher than in North Africa. It's kinda boring but people are nice
>>
>>225992600
Yeah, I've been to every single district (judet) of the country. It's become a really nice place.

Gypsies are. Ethnic Romanians are pretty white.
>>
>>225993800
Are gypsies very common? I feel like most people here think they are the same because of all the Spiegel tv Reportagen kek
>>
>>225993835
>all the Spiegel tv Reportagen kek

Yeah that's a problem. They label them as Romanians or Bulgarians because even the politically correct label "Roma" is considered too racially charged. So the message is that Romanians or Bulgarians equal gypsies, which obviously is not the case.

I've had encounters with a ton of gypsies in my travels to Southeastern Europe and virtually all of them were about getting my money in one way or another. Most would simply beg for money. Lots of gypsies loiter around and beg in front of Penny and Lidl stores in Romania, which is why they employ security employees there. Sometimes I'd pretend not to understand and then gypsy kids, sent by their parents to beg for money, would rub their bellies. I never give money to gypsy children though, fuck the parents for abusing them in that way. It teaches them that this is a way of life that can work.
I've had gypsies chat me up for some smalltalk, only to ask for money in the end lol. One gypsy dude in Hungary gave me a small tour of his village only to eventually ask me for money to buy some milk.

I just got back from a trip and I met a gypsy dude in Bulgaria at a small gas station/store along the road. It was my absolute only gypsy encounter that wasn't about getting my money. He spoke good German because he "worked" in NRW for a while. He was very chatty and told me a few interesting things about his life:

>pimped out whores in Germany
>got his driving licence in Germany
>when I asked why he didn't get his licence in Bulgaria he said you need a school-leaving qualification in Bulgaria to get a licence which he didn't have
>turns out you only need to finish fucking elementary school in Bulgaria, as proof you can read and write lol
>had lost his licence recently because he was tested positive on cocaine while driving
>there was a police checkpoint on the road ahead so he was waiting at the gas station for them to go away because he was driving without a licence

>Are gypsies very common?
Really depends on the area. The extreme South of Romanian Wallachia along the Danube is very bad, as are central parts of Transylvania (Mures region). In Hungary the Northeast and Southwest are dedicated gypsy areas, in Slovakia it's the Southeastern border with Hungary. In Bulgaria the Northwest is the worst. Overall you can find gypsy pockets and gypsy ghettos anywhere though.
>>

Interesting. Do they interact with normal society in Romania? Are they practically non existent in the cities there? Also what does very bad mean because i live in a big city in nrw and i would consider the migrants percentage very bad here
>>
>>225994310
>Do they interact with normal society in Romania?
Depends on what you mean by that. The vast majority of them don't work. Many don't send their children to school. There is some interaction for sure, as they're neighbors with ethnic Romanians (or Hungarians) in many municipalities. I reckon stronger bonds between gypsies and members of the majority society in the country they live in are exceptionally rare. My interaction with gypsies is overwhelmingly negative and centered on getting my money, for what it's worth.

>Are they practically non existent in the cities there?
Nah there's plenty of them in the cities too.

>Also what does very bad mean because i live in a big city in nrw and i would consider the migrants percentage very bad here
In many villages along the Romanian part of of the Danube for instance they're the dominant ethnic group you see in the villages. They don't work, the children often don't attend school, and their living conditions at home are often destitute, so they tend to hang around outside if the weather permits. It's tough to determine how gypsified any given place is because lots of gypsies declare themselves as Romanian or choose not to answer in the official census. There were 570k gypsies in Romania according to the last census but the numbers is probably at least three times as high.

Fucking globohomo media is not satisfied by the made-up "Roma" term instead of what everyone called them for centuries, i.e. gypsies, they have to tarnish the reputation of the majority ethnic group of the countries they leech off of.
>>
>>225994645
Ironically, in my experience, most gypsies use the term "gypsies" themselves.

Speaking of globohomo, Mamaia is a fucking abomination. You've sold your Black Sea coast to venture capitalists.

Exactly, fuck these bureacrats faggots who never even interacted with them, they should be forced to live with them.

Agree but at least there's an effort to improve it. When the construction is finished it will look better.

It looked pretty much unsalvageable to me.

>>225995174
Greece, Albania and Bulgaria are unironically better options for Romanians than their own coastal stretch. More bang for the buck, and they're overall much nicer than the Romanian coastal resorts. I've heard good things about Vama Veche though.

Romania at least is improving. The speed of development in the country over the past twenty years has been staggering. Meanwhile Germany has been in a state of decline.

I couldnt give two shits about economic growth when i know that youths here are like 60% brown atleast.

>>225995549
The health of a nation is not measured in wealth. The Nazis went overboard with muh Aryan supremacy but ultimately genetics are the most important thing. You can survive even being nuked (see Japan) but if you throw trash in your country's gene pool it will eventually collapse.

gypsies are just scapegoats, because they are Romania's acceptable radcism trashbag that also provide plausibile deniability using minor offenses while the large ones are carried out in the big leagues
they are dangerous, I mean, of course, but they're are also a distraction of how toxic this country is
>>225995938
imagine posting paid-for videos to justify that your country looks good
>erasmus
omg, really? you should be on /pol/, that studentship is perhaps the most political anti-meritocratic reward you can ever receive
but in all seriousness, you do realize that these youtubers cannot really "be honest" because the audience then trashes you if you start spelling out what you do not like
see this is what is characteristic about you, you're all a bunch of politically-inclined shills, zero accountability and zero honesty until you get called out
death to tyrants, death to romania!
