Oh you mean a clambake. Never had it personally. Too wet and messy and time consuming. I do like a baked potato from the air fryer though, which is kinda similar.

lobster bake is a pretty big thing for atlantic canadait's a hassle if you were to cook it just for yourself but becomes part of big get togethers, looks good on social mediawith blacks there's a thing where they pool their food stamps together and then use that to buy crab and lobster>i have never seem someone eat that here everyou guys don't have much of a coastline, I'm guessing baltic is too cold/small for big crustaceans
