Non-Muslim Asians, though I have no idea why: Indians, the Japanese, Chinese, Koreans.It can't be because they're underdeveloped because some of those countries are very prosperous. It's not low IQ. And it's probably not purely genetic either. SE Asians or Central Asians aren't unaware like that. There must be something in those cultures that inhibits a person's mental growth.
