Do you have trekkies IYC?
>>226020986only uncs are trekkies here
Star Trek doesn't make much sense for me in some aspects.Fo example the prime directive is immoral if they let a civilization die from an asteroid impact despite being easily able to save them. They also seem to have the technology to regenerate every cell in a body, so why would they still choose to die of old age? (I know they have some meme reason about it being natural and the right thing, but I don't think that's realistic)
>>226020986i kinda binged em but i never made it part of my identity i just moved on to other shitlike i watched stargate ,DS9, farscape after it
>>226022586Farscape is pretty based. One of my favorite shows.
>>226022593im torn on it, especially the early parts are good but the quality is very mixed later on>DS9meant to say babylon 5, DS9 was part of my trek binge. babylon 5 is very close to and at times better than DS9 in quality
Less than we used to given that there hasn't been a remotely good Trek product in more than twenty years.I got into it because it aired in reruns all the time and was too lazy to change the channel when it came on after things I actually wanted to watch; don't think that's how zoomers watch TV so it's probably dead now
>>226020986I used to be and I still find it charming to where I'll watch it if it's ever on but I've accepted that I've mostly outgrown the setting and premise. I've since moved on to autistically developing my own.

>>226020986Yes, I genuinely love TOS, TNG, and DS9. Voyager is alright and I haven't watched Enterprise yet.
>>226020986I don't consider myself a trekkie but I love the OG series and TNG.
Few and they are all 50+
