The younger ones are very normal. They all support each other's businesses etc and treat other laestadians like they're family, helping them with stuff and organizing giant events. Plenty of Finnish companies are owned and run by them and they're often connected. Entrepreneurship is actively encouraged, including through courses organized by institutions associated with the movement.
