The real reason groups experience racism is either

A: Some old historic beef
B: Lack of power or institution (School yard bullying)
C: Not threatening or don't fight back (Also school yard bullying)

No one actually gives a shit about crime or degeneracy, every race has that and some of the races who experience the least racism are the most degenerate and have the most violent history.
