In Japan, it’s common for dads to give their entire paycheck to moms. Then, moms manage the household finances and give dads a set amount of spending money. So it’s a regular occurrence for dads to ask moms for more money because their monthly allowance isn’t enough. I’ve heard it’s the same in Korea.
