Are salary negotiations a weird thing to women in your country?
>guy I trained whose work I check and whose performance reviews I write>guy I trained >I trained a guy>Mama Maya>my boss>operations manager >manages operations >manager>leader>leader of men >Natalie
>>226067024>we can't go back and change the salary you acceptedseems like there wont be any further negotiations there
>>226067362He could do the same thing as the guy he's training. Job jumping is basically the norm nowadays.
>>226067024fake xitter incelbait
>>226067024>we can't go back and change the salary you acceptedYes they can but she has no leverage or no aptitude for demanding a higher wage so they know they can tell her to fuck off
>>226067024Tell me Dutch anon, what color is the penis of the guy that she trained?
>>226067024note that she doesn't say she hired the guy, or supervises him.she's not the guy's boss or superior, she is simply a coworker with some seniority helping with onboarding.
>>226067024Join the civil servive if you want seniority and rank to determine pay. Most governments have defined paygrades that you raise with XP, just like in vidya.
>>226067024In the Philippines employers will steal your wages
>>226067024>$88k>$7333 per monthAmericans make this kind of money and claim that they suffer.
>>226067024If you do more then him then demand a higher wave, if they won't give it to you go apply elsewhere, what's the hold up?
>>226069632>what's the hold up?can't. too busy making fake screenshots to post on xitter
>>226067024That's literally negotiating though and the way to get raises (which is what women don't actually do which makes me think that it's fake).
>>226069790It's obviously fake because no manager would straight up tell you what a coworker's salary is.
>>226069601Housing and transportation eats up all of your money in any location with decent pay
>>226067666Desu if I'd find out that a guy whose work I check and whose reviews I write made more than me I'd certainly ask for a raise even if we technically had the same boss.Though that's pretty much the most comfy position because you don't do actual work and you don't have responsibilities as a tard wrangler.
>>226069844I've been told that but it might have also been a lie.
>>226067024My union goes on a giga-autist crusade every year to negotiate salaries for everyone, including on a personal level. My negotiations lasted like two days this year back in January and I got my bump. My rep is always a drop dead gorgeous woman.I'd actually give up my raise if I could eat her ass and suck her tits instead but such is life.
>>226069601$88,000 is lower middle class
>>226069844>>226069903it sounds like the op roastie mentioned it and the other one confirmed it. I know I always tell discuss salaries because the company gets in trouble if they fire you over doing that in my state. same with reporting osha violations
Had the same. Earned as a junior more than the female senior leading the team. She was furious and always in a bad mood after she learned that. Told her don't hate the player. She said something along the lines of that she knows rationally I'm not at fault but still is mad at me. She was super emotional. At some point she changed jobs/the company.
>>226069934Focking brootalThat's upper class here
Company I know who did this suffered like a 20% staff migration out after the news broke. Especially because the person in question was useless.
>>226067024He deserves higher pay due to mental/emotional exhaustion from being a man trying to work and having two tiers of bosses above you be women.
>>226067437She probably can't. To negotiate anything you need a second offer and proof you'll run off somewhere. If nobody else is willing to employ you, you can chimp out as much as you want.>>226067331kek i share the sentiment
>>226069601>$88k>$7333 per monthIn the US, an 88k salary means you pay 10,500 in federal income taxes (this is before state). Then, depending on his state, he'll have to pay more. Then, his work probably takes some kind of pension or he pays into a retirement plan. Then, he pays for insurance.I used to live in Florida and I made a similar wage, paid no state income tax (because Florida), and I would estimate that his actual monthly take-home pay is $4,500.Assuming a place where you can make that much, I would say (assuming Florida) it's South Florida. An apartment for 1 person is going to be half the take-home pay. Then you have 2000 for car payment, gas, food, whatever else. If I'm in the US, my student loan payments are around $1200 minimum payment. You can look at my flag and take a guess as to what happened.
>>226072075Sounds like you're just shit with money
>>226072085No I had a lot of money when I left, but nobody wanted to take it. Every real estate agent and landlord do hard pulls of your credit before they even show you a place, and many just say up front that they won't accept anything below a 650. My credit wasn't that good before I started that process. But savings go a long way here.
