Amane's T3 is out. Is it really a crime to do what you were taught to do?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RHw5NsPjJSs
Amane's report
Obviously she did nothing wrong. She is a child who emulated the actions of her parents. Asking for medical treatment is a betrayal of the cult.
So what the thing with the cat real or not? It's not mentioned in the report.
>>50966349*was
>>50966349I don't see why it wouldn't be. It's the event that gave Amane the idea that helping others = being tortured, and when her mom asks for a doctor she does what was taught to her. It's interesting how it contrasts with Shidou, who went against his teachings to help his family by killing the driver, while Amane killed her mother to uphold her teachings.
>>50965825Amane really didn't have any choice. Say she called the ambulance and got her mother the treatment she needed. Then what? She would've been beaten for breaking the rules again when they both got home. For all Amane knew, this was just her mother testing her again. And if she failed then she would be the one who was punished.
so do you guys forgib her? I still cant since she killed Mahiru
>>50968429>she killed MahiruI can because that was Kotoko, not Amane.
Is it just be or have the animation quality for this season deproved?
>>50968429Did you listen to her voice drama at least? It addresses both Shidou and Mahiru. She killed him because if she had let him live it'd mean she killed her own mother for nothing. But even then she still wanted Es to stop her which is why she warned him.

>>50965669>>50965674Another one with no twist that went exactly as the audience predicted. Amane is probably going to be voted innocent, but she may be too far gone now after the innocent verdict in trial 2. I'm getting more and more convinced that things would be better if Amane got voted guilty again in trial 2 then finally got an innocent verdict in the final trial.
>>50971793Amane was always a smart girl, so I don't think she's too far gone. Her parents indoctrinated her from a young age and never treated her like the child she actually was, which is why she pushed back when Es stated those facts to her in the beginning, but she knew from the beginning that her circumstances and upbringing greatly differed from the norm. She used her beliefs as a way to protect herself as Es said in the last voice drama. If she had actually let any of her doubts take root, then she would've had to confront all of the ugly truths about her life and how tragic it really was.Amane always wanted someone to intervene and stop her from killing Shidou deep down, because following her beliefs to their ultimate conclusion is agony. She definitely should've been voted guilty for trial 2, but I wonder if forgiving her in trial 1 would've led to an even better outcome for her.
>>50965669Thanks for putting up the thread OP. 4chan is bitch and since some time ago stopped letting upload pics.>>50968429Meh, Kotoko was the one that caused Mahiru's death>>50968734It's not worse per se? I get what you're saying, though. Kazui's and Muu def felt better, but the stiff movement animation reminded me of older MVs. Amane on the control panel felt better desu>>50971793Nah, she's getting the inno verdict for sure. It's insane that Milgram doesn't push the Voice Dramas as well as they should given how important they are to the final verdict. In this one, they outright spell it out for you. Amane wants to change, but killing her mom (a mix of indoctrination and genuine revenge) won't let her. If she abandons her religion now, then she killed her mom for nothing. Same with Shidou, letting her live would be admitting everything she believes in was wrong. That's why she issued warnings and asked Es to stop him too. She's a messed up kid. Yeah she did something and yeah she shouldn't be punished as a normal adult. It's not mutually exclusive.
