When I'm ready to get a fully custom doll I'm using coeros. I've gone through the normal process of buying multiple dolls then customizing the available options on it from several different manufacturers including custom makeup custom hairstyles non standard wigs custom body options etc. The next step is to buy a fully built from scratch custom one. I already have a blender model file with the body and face I want so it will save considerable amount of time they don't need to spend time creating that just basically small tweaks here and there. Manufacturers are supposed to put a special lining cap or other material on the top of the body neck or on the bottom inside of the head where the silicone and tpe would touch when attaching the head. I know Tayu does that specifically and they have pictures explaining how they build the silicone heads with tpe bodies available on their website. Also you can email any manufacture and they should send you pictures of the specific material they use inbetween the silicone and tpe you could also ask them to demonstrate and they would send you a video of how it works.
