I'm making a thread here as a last resort.I've been enjoying Idolmaster SP's english patch on PPSSPP, it's really awesome, but I wanted enjoy the dlc with all the outfits too...I found a complete folder full of the dlc, placed it in every possible directory, replaced the eboot file inside of the iso with the one that came with the dlc collection with UMDgen, enabled cheats and turned on the "DLPlus Piracy Bypass", did all of that with different versions (patched and unpatched) but nothing seems to work... Does anyone here know how to play idolmaster SP with the dlc?
Maybe try running the game unpatched and see if the dlc loads? I have never used dlc in ppsspp but i recall when i installed the metal slug xx dlc in my vita i had to install the dlc in my games folder seperately NOT in the folder of the game itself so maybe its that? Idk
>>51018332I was super mindful of where I put the DLC too, I know I placed it correctly 'cuz I'm getting the dlc emails in-game...and have also tried it with the game unpatched. I'm going mad here.
>>51018384Its a bit of a strech but perhaps a older version of ppsspp will work? I remember the darkstalkers port only worked on older versions of the emulator cuz they got rid of some function at some point so maybe its that?
Update:Figured it out, I forgot about the fucking NPXP00100 folder, oh my GOD.PPSSPP > PSP > GAMEand inside that folder haveDownload Plus UpdateNPXP00100and another folder with the dlc content in it as well, but with the specific version of the game's id, of which you can see at the top of the game's window.I overcomplicated, everyone can enjoy the dlc really easy actually...
