First of all it has almost nothing to do with Touhoufest. Some dude (Diz) allegedly abused some bitch (Yuutou). Some other dude (Spaztique >>51059161), a friend of Diz, dared to be skeptical instead of Believing All Women™ and immediately throwing him under the bus.
The Touhoufest connection is that Spaztique is a member of staff and the organizers didn't kick him out. That apparently makes Touhoufest a den of evil misogynist rapist incels.

I would take anything that she says with a grain of salt. She is a stereotypical tumblrite "fan". This whole situation is just really dumb drama. She's not complaining about her abuser, but someone who used to be kinda close to him and she's complaining that he didn't do enough to help her, and because of that he shouldn't be allowed to do anything again. And none of this even has hard evidence like police reports or anything, just dumb he-said she-said online shit. And Touhoufest is connected to this by several degrees.

Yuutou has a lot of lolcow lore if you ever knew her personally, or had the misfortune of having her participate in communities you're in. As someone who's seen years of this shit she's never changed. She would constantly get herself into drama, either by starting it herself or just getting into shit other people started. Lots of lies and deception usually to get rid of people she didn't like or saw as artistic competition, pretty much always just wanted to be the center of attention. There's a lot I can't really say as I know she or at least her friend clique are likely monitoring this thread, but I can share a little bit.
One case I've remembered for a few years now was when she got into a big cat fight within a community she was in and was moderated by Diz with another couple also consisting of another guy moderator with a GF.
The two of them had a gigantic shit fit in a public chat about prior dramas they had tried (and failed) to move on from, completely disrupting the peace for like a whole hour. Once that ended the other admin couple left the community and I never heard from them again, which made me quite sad as I had enjoyed talking with the two while they were around.
