I understand that voice trends change throughout the years but so many of these younger seiyuus just don't feel so unique to me. The only modern seiyuu with a somewhat distinctive voice anymore is probably Hondo Kaede. Even then she has trouble recently maintaining her character voice during lives. Not everyone can be a genius like Yuuki Aoi and actually improve the character voice from 10+ years ago during a live .

There were only like 3 seiyuus who did a great job in that cast. I found myself cringing every time the character of the teeth girl opened her mouth for anything that wasn't singing. Mimorin did great but her character was completely unlikeable and that fucking sucked because she's the deuteragonist.
