Previous: >>51103440Post Japanese gravure hereRemember this is a SFW boardRelax, and rejuvenate your eyes with beauties.>A gravure idol (グラビアアイドル gurabia aidoru), often abbreviated to gradol (グラドル guradoru), is a Japanese female model who primarily models on magazines, especially men's magazines, photobooks or DVDs. Gravure idols appear in a wide range of photography styles and genres. Their photos are largely aimed at male audiences with poses or activities intended to be provocative or suggestive, generally accentuated by an air of playfulness and innocence rather than aggressive sexuality. Although gravure models may sometimes wear clothing that exposes most of their body, they seldom appear fully nude.>Sales Rankingshttps://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/bestsellers/dvd/680358011/ref=zg_bs_nav_d_2_562030http://www.dmm.com/mono/dvd/-/ranking/=/mode=idol/term=monthly/>What's Newhttps://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/new-releases/dvd/680358011/ref=zg_bs_tab_t_bsnrhttp://www.cdjapan.co.jp/products?term.cat_id=UB-06-01&order=rel&page=1&opt.on_preorder=0&opt.on_released=1&range.rel=&term.release_month=http://gradoldynamite.blog.2nt.com/http://idolerotic.net/

If you needed more evidence Japan is an amazing place, Hasegawa Rosa has made a gravure debut in Yanmaga this week! >Literally Who???Hasegawa Rosa, a 16 year old swimmer with a (Youth) Olympic dream.Truly, a rite of passage.https://youtu.be/NM5DafQgcic?is=BqNu4Fol6rGEYxCqThat's also who's in the post above mine, the faggot who posted it providing no context or information, natch.
>>51140582>>51140613Do people even still upload new GRAPHIS sets in this day? Most download pages and forums are all magazine photobooks or Chinese cosplay stuff (fuck that) at this point. That said, I suspected something might go wrong the moment they started doing Reissue Gallery sets last year.>data hoardingI also often wonder about stuff from defunct sites after I found out BWH.jp closed in March 2024. Some of the only sites from peak of web gravure piracy from decades past that are still around today is DGC (who closed their non-provider payment in 2022 and was recycling old 必撮!まるごと by that point) and Bomb.tv (who's tied to the magazine), though you can arguably consider Shupure Plus as continuation of WPB-net.

Reposting so it's in the new thread.>>51140861Hey all, so I'm an autist that was organizing the GRAPHIS content and posted it on /t/. I've made the most comprehensive and organized collection of their content available probably anywhere, and I'm still trying to plug away at holes. However, I've come with grave news. GRAPHIS has announced it's shutting down in February https://graphis.ne.jp/page/?ID=discontinue - and considering their historical fame in the industry, that's pretty tragic. I'm still intending to organize what I can, but there's two problems. After the credit card censorship fiasco like two years ago they stopped supporting western cards; my subscription has been able to go through since then, thankfully, but only because it was a renewal (which I mentioned at the time in my /t/ thread) and not a new payment. This means that I can't purchase any of the PPV content, including the Blu-Rays (of which we're missing most, and all of them if your requirement is the original files) and the missing Calendars, etc. The other problem is that my card company changed my card # right before my last renewal. Thankfully that renewal DID go through, but that means I only have until Oct. (and then Nov. if I extend using service points) before I lose my membership and access to the remaining content (Nov. -> Feb.).So if we want to purchase the PPV content, or even just have any of the other content saved, we'll need someone with a JCB card willing to purchase stuff (or willing to accept money in order to purchase stuff). I've asked in the gravure thread on /t/ (since my thread's currently dead until I make and release v5) as well as Akiba-Online, but is there anybody here who may be able to assist? /r/ is dead, so I can't ask there. I figure there have to be a few superfans of the various models that have content at risk that would be willing to pay for them, right?
>>51141417>>51141417I still upload new GRAPHIS shit, yeah, I just do it as part of the massive collection. instead of individually. If you're talking about hosting sites doing it, though, then I'm not sure. I only browse some of the "western" ones like XIDOL and shit, but I do feel like they've been more sporadic about what they bother to post from GRAPHIS (which has made it harder to get shit I've missed).>Reissue Gallery setsI did notice that and thought it was odd, but I just figured it was them finally getting around to 4K and 5K resolution releases and doing their backlog. Though I suppose had I thought about it from a different angle I would've realized it was a money-saving feature.
