There is some neat esoteric connection between the Lunarians and the Eientei crew that can't be severed.We all know about everyone in Eientei sans Tewi being Lunarians themselves, but Tewi is actually the fabled Hare of Inaba. And if you know her tale, then that means she got fucked up by a Wani a long time ago. Coincidentally, Toyohime's mythological namesake is a Wani Goddess. Now then, ZUN is a tad bit picky (and inconsistent really) in which parts of the original mythologies hold true in the 2huverse, but Toyohime is still associated with the Seas and the sisters husbands are also canon in 2hu lore. So maybe Toyo still has part of her Wani morphing abilities? ZUN did recently drop the reveal that Keine's Therianthropy was because of Lunarians.I'm saying that it just might've been cool to have the Sisters directly meet with the Eientei crew. Kaguya mainly for both being a highest level criminal and former fellow princess like them. I imagine that they'd have some complicated feelings about a distantly related sister(?) being the cause for leading their beloved teacher astray. And Tewi for the possibility of awakening an ancient primal fear upon seeing the same kind of entity that literally flayed her alive a millennia ago.
