Awful. Makes me want to die.
>>

awake for 18ish hours, sleep for 8ish
I just keep waking up later and later until I start waking up on mornings again
>>
>>51228715
I'm a morning person, so I like to be asleep by midnight and up at 8AM. Sometimes that gets impacted by my social life, and vice versa.
>>
>>51228715
My sleep “schedule” shifts. One week I might wake up at normie hours. The next week I might wake up at noon. The week after that I might wake up in the evening. Then I might wake up at midnight.

This is called Non-24-hour sleep wake disorder. Scheduling things is essentially impossible for me. No point in applying for a job, or going to college.
>>51228906
You have it too. Maybe I’m not supposed to armchair diagnose you but you’re experiencing the titular and unique symptom of a rare and under diagnosed disease.

>Delcatty prefers to live an unfettered existence in which it can do as it pleases at its own pace. Because this Pokémon eats and sleeps whenever it decides, its daily routines are completely random.

Depends on how high I want to get. I've also been very depressed the past few days. Really makes you think

Same
>I've also been very depressed the past few days
Same, but years instead of days.
>Really makes you think
Been thinking about how dead /jp/ seems
The usual fun and casual 2D threads seem to be utterly snuffed out by 3DPD generals that persistently plague the front page. Typical /jp/ threads of years gone by seem to be essentially completely wiped out.
I feel dread.
>>
>>51229004
You can still find fun and casual 2D threads if you're fine with going offsite to other imageboards.
>>
>>51228961
ah sorry don't think that's it
I'm just unemployed and eat lots of carbs
good luck with it though, finding a way to make a living on your own time sounds hard but nice
>>
>>51228715
I go to sleep at around 9 PM
I wake up around 5:30 AM
Feels pretty good
Still need to fix waking up multiple times in the middle of the night, but really happy with my progress
>>51228970
I was this for about a decade
>>51228906
I was this for at least 2 years
>>
>>51229004
Do you think they're going to remove the 14 day autosage someday? It's all I wish at this point. I know for a fact they'll never ban 3DPD threads.
>>
>>51228970

Usually sleep from 2 AM to 7-8 AM. I work evenings so I can squeeze in an extra nap if needed.
>>
>>51228715
there is no schedule
I will stay awake until a sudden feeling of being dead tired, point at which I'll lie down "to rest for just a second" and pass out for a few hours
>>
>>51228715
I don't sleep

Should I see a doctor about this?
>>
>>51229065
I hope they replace it by bringing back Marked for deletion (old) and just have it get deleted.
>>
>>51228715
Its completely random. This week i wake up at 7 am, last week i was waking up at 18 pm.
I have online college, every class is recorded so normally i study at like 3 am lol. However there are times where i need to actually go there for tests and to do laboratory stuff so it always suck when i need to be there at 8 am but my sleep is fucked.

Trying to get a normie job for a while just to help things....Usually I just sleep when tired and wake up when I do. I hate being sleep-deprived.
>>
>>51229684
Maybe. A lot of doctors aren’t really aware of them so you have to find one in the know. Treatments exist for N24, but they aren’t especially effective. A diagnosis might help you get NEETbux, though.

I've been in the depths of insomnia hell for so long it doesn't matter anymore. I sleep when I can, I dont when I can't and that's just how it goes. You just learn to function when incredibly tired. Some days I sleep for 2 hours, some days 15, some days 8. It just all depends, all I know is now matter how long ive slept I dont want to get up when it's time.
>>
I used to have bad insomnia. working out solved it. now I only stay up when I wanna play videogames
