Anyone here familiar with old animes? I tried to draw in retro style and found two tutorial on net. One make it looks pixellated other make it looks blurred. I think the pixel one looks like computer screen while the other look like tv. Which one do you think looks closer to 90s anime?

I don't think I've ever seen old anime with chromatic aberration. Maybe you can use Gaussian blur to simulate the blurriness?
