Somebody explain the scheme going on with concafes. I know what they are, but what's the deal with gravure idols serving as "producers" or managers for them? I can understand, ok, take this idol and have her create the style for a concafe, but then they seem to serve as some kind of staff on the payroll? And it's always relative nobodies they do this with, never someone whose name would really draw in guests.
