Ever since Detective Satori Shippuden started (Yes, people tend to ignore this, but after the Subterranean Animism arc, the Satori manga is actually technically an new serialization. Look at the newer Tankoubons, the volume count reset to 1 again) they started getting furigana for their Kanji. Earlier Satori volumes (the Ginmoukousei one included) didn't included Furigana.

The newer chapters of Whaletits and even the non-canon SCoOW series (Gay Adventures at Koumakan, Mystia Izakaya etc) also started including furigana. It's not just for shounenshit. There seems to be a recent initiative of making the Touhou printworks more accessible for literal children and dekinai gaijins.
